Are you ready for #OSH14?

Airventure kicks off in just a little over 72 hours: on Monday, June 28th, 2014. There is plenty of action and fun planned. There is always too much to do and too little time.

Are you ready?

bitsandpiecesThis year promises flights, in addition to the Ford Tri-Motor, in the Bell 47 helicopter at Pioneer Airport, and the B-17. Don’t forget the Breezy or the Seaplane or the Ultralight if you can convince a pilot to take you up for a ride 🙂

There are innumerable workshops and seminars. Period. While you might want to run from one to the other and so on, ultimately you realize that it is not possible to devour so much information. It is easier to take it easy and ingest only as much information as your brain is capable of absorbing. After all, before you know it, Airventure 2015 will be right around the corner.

collage1There is plenty of evening entertainment: movies, concerts and more. Believe me most times after the day’s activities you are too tired to make it back for the evening entertainment. But if you do, this years movies include: Wings, Gravity, Star Trek Into Darkness, Millionaires Unit, Man of Steel, Pacific Rim, Pay Any Price and Ender’s Game. This years performers at Theater in the Woods include: Kenny Loggins, Dueces Wild Dueling Pianos, Sandra Lynn, Boogie and the Yo-Yoz, Ultralight Music Jam, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, The Tribute and more. There is plenty of action in Theater in the Woods as well.

With aircraft displays, aviation vendors, entertainment, airshows, seminars and more, there is always too much to do.

Are you ready?
