    I have been to the Porterville California airport and eaten at the Airway Cafe and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. I think you meant Porterville instead of Potterville. ???

    Great info! Funny, when I first became a private pilot is was the $150 hamburger….times have changed!

      Thanks. I think people still call it $100 hamburger, but the cost of flying has increased a lot since that term was coined 🙂

    Greetings from Solvang, CA. Suggest you change the indicator mark on Lompoc CA municipal airport to read (+), since the South border of the narrow East-West rectangular field abuts the downtown area, which is a short walk from the GENAV public tie-down area, and loaded with restaurants and miscellaneous eateries – although no idea if any of them are good or not 😉
    Love your Blog, BTW. You a veggie, or that just your catchy choice of a burger title? This replier’s a die-hard Vegan . . .
