About me

I am an instrument-rated,  private pilot with a complex and tail wheel endorsement, working  on some aerobatics training and a commercial rating.   Love to fly, especially, in search of that perfect Vegeburger. Check out my $500 Vegeburger collection (or $100 Hamburger collection if you will) for some fun flying destinations. What you will find here are my musings and rants on flying, flying adventures, flying destinations and more.

I have always been an avid fiction reader since elementary school. Suspense, mystery, espionage,  and adventure have always fascinated me. The first books I remember reading included authors such as Enid Blyton, Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys and Agatha Christie. Followed by Alistair Maclean, Erle Stanley Gardner, Arthur Hailey, Arthur Conan Doyle, Robin Cook, Dick Francis, Ian Fleming and more.

I am working on my first aviation-themed, mystery novel. Although I have thought about it for long, last November, I finally took the plunge and started to put words down on ether. I hope to complete it sometime soon. You can read snippets of it on my blog under the NaNoWriMo section.

Love to cook as well. Check out my cooking blog.

Disclaimer: All thoughts and words are mostly mine and occasionally that of a visiting blogger.

Thank you so much for being on the east coast, yet buying my book about fifty destinations on the west coast – and then giving it a positive review on your site. Thanks!

        Hi there,

I too learned to fly powered aircraft at Long Beach, did some hours out of Fullerton, Chino, and KSNA for my IR. What about you?

Wow, what a unique page you have set up, and what an incredible passion you have for flying…I must admit I don’t love being in the air, turbulence always makes me panic a little more then the average person…but what flying does, the travels it enables is extraordinary šŸ™‚
Though you seem more adventurous then me, I believe we both love to travel, so hope to share our travels and adventures šŸ™‚
